We’re so glad you’re here. Our community market celebrates everything
handmade, homemade, or homegrown, and we’re proud to support local growers, makers, and dreamers.
Before you join us on market day, here are a few things to keep in mind:
Approval Process
All items sold at the market must be pre-approved by management. Be sure everything you plan to sell is listed on your application and has been confirmed via email.

Every Saturday – Year Round

Market Participation Form
When filling out the form:
Only select the dates you plan to attend.
To cancel a single date, just shoot an email to [email protected]
To edit multiple dates, please submit a new participation form.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a credit for a future market:
Email cancellations by 12:00 PM on the Thursday before the market.If you don’t include a new date, your credit will roll forward to the next unpaid date you signed up for.
If we need to cancel due to weather, we’ll apply your credit automatically to a future market day.
Market Day Expectations
We’re all in this together to create a great experience—for shoppers, for vendors, and for our community. Here's what you need to know to keep things running smoothly:
Your Booth Setup
You’re responsible for your own setup and teardown. If you sell out—hooray!—please stay set up with a sign that says “Sold Out” and includes your business name.
If you’re selling out consistently, that’s fantastic—but we encourage you to scale up if possible to meet demand and the full market hours.

Clearly visible pricing
Table(s) with fabric tablecloths
Trash can (required for food vendors)
Extension cords (if using power) – tape them down to prevent accidents
💡 We don’t provide tape—please bring your own!
⏰ Timing & Attendance
Arrive between 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Be fully set up by 8:45 AM
No setups will be allowed after 8:45 AM
If you’re running late, just let us know! Unclaimed spaces may be reassigned if we don’t hear from you.
Remaining fully set up until 1:00 PM keeps the market feeling lively and fair for all shoppers and vendors.
🚗 Parking
After unloading, please move your vehicle away from the market area so our customers have easy access to parking. It really helps!
🔌 Electricity
Electricity is limited and not guaranteed. If we've confirmed it's available for you, please come prepared:
Bring your own extension cords and generators if needed
Tape down all cords securely to avoid tripping hazards (no tape provided)
Be mindful of power use and placement
🗑️ Trash & Clean-Up
Let’s keep the market looking its best.
If you see a full trash can—please pitch in and empty it
Dumpsters are located in the alley behind the market
Don’t stuff customer bins with large boxes or vendor waste
Food vendors must have their own trash can at their booth
📍 Layout & Booth Placement
We’ll email the market layout every Friday.
Your assigned space is your spot—please don’t move it.
If you have concerns or questions about your placement, just reach out before market day so we can address it in time.
☔ Weather
We’re a rain-or-shine market! Be sure to check the forecast and prep your booth for wind, rain, or sunshine.
If Downtown Wichita Falls Development cancels a market due to extreme weather, you’ll receive a credit toward a future market day.

📝 Vendor Concerns
Got a concern about another vendor’s product or conduct?
We take that seriously—but we keep it respectful and confidential.
To report an issue:
Submit a written complaint with the vendor’s name and details to [email protected]
Include your name, date, and signature
Management will review the situation
🚭 Code of Conduct
Let’s keep the market safe, respectful, and professional for everyone.
No smoking within 20 feet of the market space
No alcohol consumption while vending
Vendors may not be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.If you're observed impaired, you’ll be asked to leave immediately, forfeit any payments for the day, and may not be invited back to future events.
